I have been trying to contact customer support at Coby Electronics for months, now the phone number will only direct me to their website and the customer support will not respond to any of my emails. I had a TV that had to be returned because the parts were no longer available for repair. I was then told that the TV would be replaced but they did not have the model in stock, now I cannot even get a response. I not only paid for the TV, I paid for the repair shop to check it and then paid to have it shipped back. any suggestions?

We are experiencing the same issue. We called Coby in late July and i spoke to an employee that told me to send our LCD TV back to Coby Retuns in Carson California along with a note of what was wrong and a cashiers check for $15 along with our shipping info. They said they would either fix or replace the tv. We shipped it to them on 8/2. I have tried calling for an update, but now there is a voicemail that directs me to their website for service. I have emailed them 3 times, but have not heard anything. Just recently, i tracked our package and it appears that Coby is refusing it. Not sure what to do at this point.
