I purchased my Coby 55" TV at the end of January 2013. On April 16th it wouldn't power up. On April 18th I spoke to a supervisor in the Savannah facility and was told that a new TV would be sent out and to use the box to package my old TV in and return it using the return label. After 9 days my return label arrived but no TV. A waited until the on the 28th of April I called to find out where the new TV was and was informed that a new TV wouldn't actually be sent out until the old one was returned. This is totally not the information told to me on April 18th so I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told he wasn't available. I then asked that he call me at his earliest conscience. I did get a call back but not from a supervisor but by the same gentlemen who informed me that the supervisor instructed him to call me back for him to tell me that there is nothing that they could do there and refused to even send a box for me to return the TV. He did give me a number to coorporate in case I wished to call them. After running around to a couple of FedEx and Uhaul facilities to try to find a box and failed, I finally called the coorporate office in New York on April the 30th. Informed them of what had happened and was assured that a box would be shipped that day and would arrive ont May 1st which never happened. After I arrived home on the 2nd and still haven't received the return box, I called back and was told that the box was never ahipped by a supervisor (Kate) but said that there were notes in the system requesting the box. She told me that she would contact the warehouse and call me right back. Still haven't heard anything after 2 hours so I called her back. She responded by saying that she's sent out two unanswered emails to the warehouse and didn't have any time frame as to when I can expect the return box. This customer service is unacceptable! It's been 19 days since I first spoke to someone about returning the TV and I still haven't sent it off. One supervisor refused to talk to me or to send a box and another has not helped in any way. This company has many issues apparanty. I wish I had known this before I purchased it. I'll never make another purchase from this company in the future. I only have one TV in my home and its not working now. No telling how long it's going to be before I get a new one. Please help!
